White Chicken Chili a la Jolie!

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
  • 3 15oz cans Great Northern white Beans
  • 1 16oz jar mild or medium picante sauce
  • 8 oz Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp cumin (optional)

Boil the chicken for 30 minutes or in your crock pot on low for 2-3 hours. Shred the chicken and set aside.

In a crock pot, put your shredded chicken, cheese, picante sauce, cumin (if using) and beans. Stir to combine. Place the lid on and cook on low for 3-5 hours.

Serve with tortilla or Frito chips, more shredded cheese, salsa, diced jalepenos, avocado, sour cream, whatever you like! I like to cook Best Buttermilk Cornbread.
