Caprese Skewers
- grape tomatoes
- marinated fresh mozzarella
- basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze
- Olive Oil
- fancy toothpicks
Wash the tomatoes and dry them. Take the toothpicks and spear the tomato, the mozzarella and the basil. Set them on the platter. When you are about to serve these, you can drizzle them with Olive Oil and Balsamic Glaze. Serve these on a buffet or for appetizers at a party.
