Caesar Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
juice of 1 lemon
4 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
6 Tbs Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients together, using a whisk, mix until it is an emulsified vinaigrette or dressing. Refrigerate after making/if any is left over after dressing the salad.
Use chopped romaine or a mixture of greens, shaved parmesan and croutons if you want to use this for a caesar salad. Additional optional add-ins: artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, sliced grape tomatoes, carrots, whatever vegetables you like.
