Champagne Vinaigrette
1/4 cup champagne vinegar
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 Tbs Honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
3/4 cup walnut oil
Mix together all ingredients in a measuring cup or in a Good Grips Salad Dressing Shaker. Refrigerate after making or if any is left over after you make a salad.
Mix together any greens or lettuce you like best. Add sliced Apple or sliced strawberries or sliced pears, candied nuts, crumbled goat cheese or whatever you like!
