Easy Boursin Dip

Ingredients:

1-2 Boursin Cheese Blocks

1-2 cups of Salt & Pepper Shelled Pistachios, crushed into smaller pieces

3-4 TBS Mike’s Hot Honey

Directions:

  1. On your favorite platter, spread out the Boursin cheese into a thin layer. You can refrigerate it at this point if making ahead. Cover it with plastic wrap and take out about 20 minutes before serving.
  2. Put the Pistachios in a large baggie and pound them to break them up into small pieces.
  3. Sprinkle the Pistachios over the Boursin Cheese.
  4. When ready to serve, drizzle the Mike’s Hot Honey over the Pistachio covered Boursin Cheese.
  5. Serve with crackers.
