Fresh Corn with Dill
- 4 ears of corn, remove the husks and silk, then kernels cut off
- 2 Tbs Kerrygold unsalted butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 3 Tbs dill, chopped
Clean the husks and silk off of the ears of corn, discard. Cut the kernels off of the cob and put them in a pile on the cutting board.
In a skillet, heat the butter until melted. Put the corn in the skillet and sauce’. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the corn and stir. Cook until the corn is cooked through.
Take the skillet off of the heat. Sprinkle the dill over the corn and stir. Serve immediately.
