Healthy Snacks for the whole family!
The beginning of school is a good time to re-group and come up with some good, wholesome snacks that could also be for Breakfast on the go. These Energy bars, power bars and power muffins are perfect and fit the bill! They are easy to make and ready in a jiffy. The Nut & Oat Power bars do require a food processor but the other two recipes do not! They don’t have too many ingredients, so these are perfect for Dorm/College life or if you are on a budget, which who isn’t these days!
Power up your bodies with these good ingredients: honey, GF Oats, Coconut oil and add in some dark chocolate to make them feel like a treat. Get your kids involved too! They would have fun learning to make their favorite snacks.
