- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate morsels
- 3/4 cup peanut butter chips or butterscotch chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, walnuts or almonds
This recipe is from the Graham Cracker Crust box.
I spray the 9×13 pan with coconut oil. Place the butter in the pan and place it in the oven as it is pre-heating to 350f.
Measure out 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. Once the butter is melted, spread the crumbs over the butter. Take a spoon and mix them together. Spread the crumbs evenly over the bottom of the pan and pack them down.
Open the can of condensed milk and drizzle evenly over the crumbs. Then sprinkle on the coconut. Top with the chocolate chips and other chips if you are using. Last layer is the chopped nuts. Spread evenly. With clean hands press down all of the layers so they get cozy.
Pop in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Until light golden brown around the edges. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator if they last that long!
