Smashed potatoes
New potatoes or small assorted potatoes
Kerrygold garlic & herb butter
Salt & Pepper
Boil the potatoes until soft when poked with a knife. Drain the potatoes. In a large skillet, melt the butter. Pour the potatoes into the skillet. Use the bottom of a glass and smash the potatoes flat. Cook until crispy on both sides. Add more butter as necessary and add salt and pepper. Keep warm until time to serve with steaks, Lamb Chops or any time you want smashed potatoes!
