Breadless Egg Casserole


Ingredients 
break 10 eggs into a bowl 
cook bacon and turkey sausage in the oven 
add flour, baking powder, salt and pepper to the eggs 
mix 
add cheese 
spray your 9×13 pan 
add in the melted butter 
stir 
pour the egg mixture into the 9×13 and add your desired add-ins. Roasted Tomatoes on this side 
Chopped bacon and chopped turkey sausage all over the whole thing 
bake at 350f for 30 minutes 
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
 - 1/2 cup All Purpose or Gluten Free Flour
 - 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - 2 cups cottage cheese
 - 1 lb Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - Optional additions:
 - diced green chilies
 - Diced tomatoes, carmelized onions & bacon bits
 - Spinach
 - Ham
 - Whatever toppings you like!
 
- Preheat oven to 350.
 
- In a mixing bowl, break up eggs and mix flour, Baking Powder, salt, cheeses altogether. Add a bit of the melted butter to temper the mixture, then add the rest of it. Add your desired additions. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
 
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until it’s set in the center.
 
Serve with fruit salad, blueberry scones or croissants!
